Chief Legal Officer

Daniel serves Taskforce as chief legal officer and is responsible for day-to-day legal operations, regulatory compliance, contract review, litigation management, corporate governance, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Daniel works within all aspects of business operations to help enhance the company’s communication, strategy and values.
Daniel is a former infantry officer, Army Ranger, and combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is a graduate of Emory University School of Law and is a member of the Tennessee bar. Daniel attended undergraduate school at the University of Tennessee, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
